Charged us a mandatory tip of $15 per masseuse, charged us $10 to use their terminal because we didnt have cash. Did not have massage tables nor massage pillows with face holes. Very uncomfortable for the whole hour.my wife’s Masseuse had long nails that kept poking her back and loose long hair that kept tickling her back. Ambiance music cd continuously skips. Asked what area I wanted massaged, proceeded to completely ignore me and do what she wanted. Very informal. 👎🏼unreasonable hidden charges, uncomfortable bed. This is what I pay at cloud9 and am received by uniformed professionals.

I was in need of a massage, and decided to go here. As I approached the door, I got that weird vibe, like when you’re not supposed to be there… I hesitated a bit and went in. It was so dark inside, it took a few instances for my eyes to adjust, when I heard a woman say something. As I headed toward her, I asked if they had time for a walk in, she said yes. She pointed to a price list the I was approaching and informed me that there was an additional $20 for firm pressure.
