Beautiful gym with amazing equipment and the light really enhances my work out. The staff and trainers are, for the most part, fantastic. I did have one unfortunate run in with the aggressive blonde trainer that used to work in the shop, however it was quickly taken care of in a very fast and professional manner (thank you, Ronnie :)
As a member coming from the Dallas location . This equinox was a downgrade & I decided to end my membership because of it. The staff here that teaches the group fitness classes are very rude. I’ve even witness an instructor call someone out by name during the class because they were doing an exercise incorrectly. She could have went to the person individually instead of calling them out to the entire class. Behavior like that will make you not want to come back. Being that I transferred membership to Houston from Dallas I was expecting an invite for an inquiry for a equifit assessment and never got it even after I asked. I signed up for Equinox last month, and honestly, it's been a great move. I was getting tired of the not-so-great conditions at other gyms. The $220 monthly fee for one location might seem a bit high, but considering what you get, I think it's worth it.The dressing rooms are seriously impressive. Everything is neat and organized, making it super convenient, especially if you're coming straight from work. No more searching for things—I appreciate that.
