Interesting location. Went to pay in person because it was close to my job and last year there was a serious delay in processing a mailed payment that turned into quite a fiasco... anyways, they were very helpful and got the payment processed in person.

Bear in mind that they do not take credit cards here, you better bring a check. And it used to show them being open on Friday which THEY ARE NOT. Suggested that edit and thankfully Google accepted it.

Equitax handles my utility taxes. I called today and phone was answered immediately by a polite gentleman. He let me know check was fine to pay my bill. The front office was quick and efficient in taking my payment. The lady at the front was so sweet!! Don't know why everyone else has had so many issues with them.

Negative 29 Stars. Total incompetence at running a business. I have owned my house since 2004 and every year I cannot pay my Municipal Utility District bill online because Equi-Tax refuses to update my account with a correct phone number. The phone number on the website only has a voicemail. They NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. Send an email to them .... ha ha ha ha ha. They are just teasing you to think they will reply. Horrible people who intentionally provide NO SERVICE! Not bad service, no service at all.
