The staff is always very courteous and caring. The wait time to see the doctor was relatively short. Dr. He is very professional and a very good listener. He explained my wife’s medical problem in layman terms.
Excellent care in a professional and clean environment. The front desk administration team was polite, welcoming, and efficient. Nurse Practitioner Shaun took the time to listen carefully to my questions and concerns and was very thorough throughout every procedure.
The entire team worked together so well to truly help the people who come to urgent care needing assistance. Thank you all for your kindness, compassion, and caring hearts.
