BEWARE. Was resident for over 2.5 years and watched the place deteriorate with each new management team. Numerous amenities did not work. The fire pit at the courtyard stopped working about 6 mos after we moved in and was never repaired. Copy machine in business enter was out for at least 4 mos. Entry doors were frequently broken which allowed anyone to enter the complex. large liquor bottles were broken in one of the garages and never cleaned up after we advised the office. Many dog owners allowed their pets to urinate in elevators as well as in the stairwells. Such a BEAUTIFUL property in a great location. I went to visit, as I'm moving in a few months. The staff was helpful and sweet. Their gym and movie theater is a PLUS!!
