Great company to work with and extremely responsive. I called on a Sunday morning and John was there that afternoon to inspect what was causing the noise in my attic. He set traps in the holes in my roof Monday morning to make sure the raccoon didn't come back. I was extremely happy with the professionalism John provided and will use them again if anything ever happens in the future. Thanks again, John!
After waiting 2 weeks for Terminix to respond to my messages about their quoted services, I reached out to Elite Wildlife Services. Josh showed up at my house the same day, inspected my property for free, made me a very fair offer and began delivering service a few days later. He returned to reinspect the property twice to ensure the job was 100% successful BEFORE asking for payment - which I gladly paid.
Thank you Josh, I highly recommend you and your Team!
I contacted Elite Wildlife about squirrels and rats getting into my attic. Guadalupe came over immediately, inspected the house, showed photo documentation of problems, and provided a go-forward plan to exclude all pests, sterilize the attic, and thoroughly seal all potential entry points . Guadalupe was good to work with. All work by his team was done in a friendly and professional manner, looks good, and the house should now be fully sealed for many years. Elite stands behind their work and guarantee it for One Year.
