Punctual, attention to detail, and absolute professionals.
I was having foundation problems due to water getting underneath my pier and beam house in the crawlspace from around the yard. Earth ideas was very quick and on time with their appointments and quotes and one of the very few companies that paid enough attention to recognize there was a concrete area that you couldn't just dig through on my property. Mike came out and gave us a competitive quote and was cheaper than the other two we checked with. He was super polite and very informative on the work to be done. We had French drains put in on one side of the house, and then our front flower beds re-done and trees trimmed. The crew did great work and for the most part did a great job of cleaning up afterwards.
Great experience with Earth Ideas Outdoors. Mike was knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly. The crew was very nice, professional, and worked hard throughout the project. I’m very happy with the results and would recommend them to anyone looking for drainage solutions.
