All of the business he gets and the people he has helped his rating of 2.8 is unacceptable. We need to do better to support this man and his black owned business. I've been going to him 3 years and I am so happy with him and his staffs knowledge and ability to assist with my taxes. I will definitely be recommending this tax location to all that I can. Thank you Mr. Patten and staff.

Is EPatten open anymore. I made an appointment for 1pm online i was 15 minutes late but I got to the office and it’s closed. I tried calling before i got there but the phones were not working. According to google they are open till 6pm.

Had this tax office file my taxes for the past 3 years. Phenomenal refunds, amazing customer service by the receptionist ( I don't know how to spell her name). Most of the negative comments probably don't reach out from time to time. Sure they are a little hard to get ahold of via phone however persistency and patience go a long way. They have many clients and are generally busy majority of the time. I got my documents back via email once I just called and asked. No issues whatsoever and they answer every question no matter how d****
