Excellent team, excellent support staff, and excellent remediation test results. I found DryMore through the recommendation of another mold testing firm that does not provide remediation. I researched and got job estimates from several other companies. They were the most cost effective and were available to get to work. The office manager and go to contact is Karen Lopez. She was available for all questions and coordination between the remediation team and myself. (FYI: I am an older single female handling this issue on my own). From our first inquiry, our experience with the Dry More Mold Removal has been exceptional. The patience and education provided by both the home office and the home services team was wonderful. The mold removal team was always timely and respectful of our property (thank you Daniel) and they got the job done exactly as they said they would.We would highly recommend them to anyone unfortunate enough to have to contend with black mold but smart enough to hire this company.

The folks at DryMore were recommended to us when another large chain (rhymes with Rotten) failed to perform proper water remediation following a leak in our condo. Jessica performed above and beyond what was expected. The company assisted us with photos to provide for insurance claims. They have been the one good thing throughout this ordeal and should be your first call if you suffer any sort of water damage.There are some bad companies that will not do a complete job of water remediation which can lead to mold.Use DryMore as your FIRST call.You will not regret it.They communicated with us constantly regarding the problems and plans to treat the water damage.
