We dealt with mold in our air system which was remediated by another company, but surface mold was coming back and I couldn’t figure out why. The other company did not help me with this. I reached out this morning to this company, and the owner answered the phone. I explained what I thought was a roof leak because the sheet rock in the ceiling of a bedroom cracked and fell partially down. I had seen a dark spot on my roof. She had a gentleman named Matthew Zeiter at my home by 3:30 this afternoon. Matthew explained the process, then began to do his inspection both in the bedroom and in the attic. His instruments did not detect any moisture anywhere and he admitted he had not seen that in his career of over 10 years. Cannot recommend Drymore and working with Jessica enough. When finding mold in our home and having uncertainty of the process, Jessica walked us through every step and gave recommendations that was most beneficial for us as the client. Extremely quick response, professional, and incredibly easy to work with. Great experience and would recommend them to anyone.
