I have been waiting on my glasses for 3 weeks. I called today 06/07/21 and was told that they (Mary Beth) received a fax this morning saying the lab would have to start my lens over from scratch. I should receive them next week. I explained that as to long and I wanted a refund. She said "you cannot get a refund." I said lady I paid you over $500 dollars out of pocket and you will refund my money. Then she called me back to say my glasses shipped today. REALLY they started from scratch this morning and have already shipped. I guess because of the color of my skin she thought she could tell me anything.

I went to Dr. Zaibaq for a second opinion when my "old" & never-again-to-be-seen-again insisted on both eyes having cataract surgery before they would "be able" to correct my vision. Dr. Zaibaq saved me from premature and unnecessary surgery & corrected my vision.?

My son & I had been going to Dr. Zaibaq for well over 10-years and we were always pleased. A little over a year ago, dear friends convinced me I needed to go to their eye Dr. and I did, because he specialized in Lasik. I explained I liked glasses, but all this Dr. wanted to do was perform Lasik surgery...which I did not want. So, he just provided me with a prescription to fill downstairs at their optician store. I have never been so upset - I wanted them to use my frames and do gradient trifocal lenses with Transition lenses. After 5-weeks, still no glasses, so I got my money back & took the prescription and my lenses to Eye Trends to fill. They got it done, but... read full review
