We bought double doors about 7 months ago in preparation of a remodel. Of course, it ran over, and the doors sat in our garage wrapped in plastic and covered with moving blankets. Until this week (11/2/22) I had zero reason to move them and risk damage, so they sat until we tried to install them. When we hung the doors and discovered the active door was cut 7/8" too narrow. The owner, Cole, stood behind their work and offered several solutions which I was open to all. Although I bought the doors in Houston, I had moved about 3-1/2 hours outside of the area. When you read a Negative Review, You have to consider the emotions and how those emotions are written. I cant say I agree at all with a 1 Star Review based on what I know Cole and his team did correct a situation they could have easily walked away form based on the review I read. We bought double doors about 7 months ago in preparation of a remodel. Of course, it ran over, and the doors sat in our garage wrapped in plastic and covered with moving blankets. Until this week (11/2/22) I had zero reason to move them and risk damage, so they sat until we tried to install them. When we hung the doors and discovered the active door was cut 7/8" too narrow. The owner, Cole, stood behind their work and offered several solutions which I was open to all. Although I bought the doors in Houston, I had moved about 3-1/2 hours outside of the area. Cole had a crew working about 1-1/2 hours away and sent them to the rescue. They came with 2 new astragals to try and fix the doors. When they looked off, the crew removed the frame, cut off ~0.375" off each side, pulled the threshold and cut it so the inactive door latches would line up correctly. The installation crew fixed the problem without issue. Cole and his team will get my future and recommended business to others for the outstanding work, the commitment to make things right, the professionalism and overall success of the beautiful doors I now have on our home. Door Masters of Texas met all of our expectations. Design, fabrication, and installation were smooth processes. My wife worked closely with Cole and Alex to design a new front entryway to match the style of our home. Prior to installation, my wife reviewed the doors and transom in the shop to be certain they met the design specifications. Ben, who did the installation, was the ultimate professional. He spent all the time necessary to ensure our satisfaction with the final product.We would not hesitate to work with the Door Masters of Texas team in the future.
