We live in Cypress and Jimmy with DNB came out and fixed 2 leaking faucets, a dripping shower head, and ran diagnostics on the hot tub to recommend specific repairs for their agent to come back out and fix it. Very knowledgeable, accommodating and went the extra mile.

I’m glad my home protection company chose DNB to repair leaky Kohler faucets! Kohler technical service virtually diagnosed the problems and furnished parts not locally available. Cindy did a good job scheduling service. George Chavez proved to be the most skilled plumber I’ve seen. He quickly installed new cartridges and a new sink plunger. He also solved and repaired a low flow issue with one of the faucets. Thank you to DNB for the excellent service.

Used DNB services through my home warranty company and they made arrangements to come out same day (Friday) instead of the next business day which would have been a Monday as they originally planned which was so great.
