Absolutely AMAZING service!
After an issue with our gas water heater and a carbon monoxide concern that required the fire department to shut it down, we knew we needed someone who would take the situation seriously. Cooper Plumbing did exactly that.

They were detailed, thorough, knowledgeable, and incredibly personable. They didn't just rush in, make a quick fix, and leave. They took the time to investigate the problem, explain everything clearly, answer our questions, and make sure we understood what was going on.

It's rare to find a company that combines excellent work with genuinely great customer service, and Cooper Plumbing absolutely delivered.

Up front discussion of problem and exact pricing was great. Also I was kept informed via text of the arrival time. Technician resolved the problem quickly and also gave good advice on other issues. I will use them again.
