Had a Winchester safe where the electronic keypad failed; and I was locked out with no ability to replace the keypad. I contacted Dixie, and they sent Tin out to help open the safe. Tin was on time, well spoken and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to not only unlock my safe, but was able to do so without damaging the locking mechanism. I would highly recommend Dixie [and especially Tin] if you have the need for a reliable locksmith.
