The worst of the worst if you're package gets sent here just order again that would be faster because you're not getting it they should considerate turn on this company into a garbage company instead of Logistics

Incompetent isn’t even the word ! These people won’t give you accurate updates, my package arrived in Houston (77073) & a day later it said it was still in Arizona. Like what ? It’s been a week, my package was in Houston, and somehow it wound up back in Arizona the next day ? Either they’re lying or they lost my package. Either way, I don’t trust this company. BEWARE!

My package took 10 days to get from PA to Houston, now it's been 4 days and it's still sitting in their facility at the 77073 location. This is beyond unprofessional.
Edit: has been 6 days now.
Edit: has been 18 days. DHL claims they aren't responsible for items in their own possession.
