The owner really knows her stuff did an orientation with her on Monday and ended up booking my appointment immediately with her for Tuesday. I’ve never had my hair kept before professionally at least, but listening at the owner speaks so strongly and highly of her technique and skills, and what she wants to do for the black community and teaching and growing us on how to take care and manage our own hair. I couldn’t wait. I would strongly suggest anyone with natural black hair or anyone with a lack of knowledge of how to take care of your hair to go see her ASAP!

Lovely ladies! And very clean and beautiful shop :) I went there for the first time about a month ago to get a hair cut, I had damaged ends and was tireeeed. So I made my consultation appointment ($25) and got to chat with Mercedes who is super sweet and calm. I then came back for my hair cut which was a deep condition, hair cut, and wash and a quick style of chunky two strand twists to wear after my cut and blow dry ($150). I had about like breast length hair and got the straggly ends cut off and left with a bit past collar bone. She did such a great job, was nice, didn't ask too many questions and let me just relax.
