Alister, the Dentist 101 personnel reached out to me, he felt sorry for what happened after reading my rating on social media. He is willing to make it right. After a few minutes talk, I realized, 101 is credible as they genuinely care for their patient. I adjusted my Yelp rating and left one star for the real experience with the dentist. I consider to come back to 101 for dental service .

Dr.kee is a very professional, kind, attentive attitude during my appointments and all of my treatments. I feel welcomed and listened to, he makes sure I am aware of the treatment we are doing and never misses any detail. I will keep coming back to see him for all treatment and general checkup.Thank you Dr Kee and dentist 101. Great staff too, all front desk smile and are so polite!!
