BEWARE. Horrible company. I have a rental so I don’t get to control who they hire. This company will schedule appointments without asking. You wait around all day and they won’t show up. When they do finally show up they don’t speak or understand any English making it impossible to communicate or ask questions. They came to my house 3 1/2 hours late to the scheduled time and lied claiming they tried calling me but the call log was time stamped after I called them. Avoid dishonest or careless! We obtained a long list of issues for home we putting on rent. Mentioned that some wall outlets didn’t work. They quoted me hundreds of dollars for this and all that happened was the breaker was tripped. Do you really want a contractor who is suppose to help only eat you need? These guys will quote you for things that aren’t even wrong. Who knows maybe they trippped it then self to get easy fix money.

These guys are insane. They wrote a quote up the wall which included insane prices such as $75 to replace a face plate on wall plug. Not the actual wall plug but just the plate. Look elsewhere.
