Dance from the Heart

Dance from the Heart studio is filled with quality instructors, fun classes, inspiring workshops, and staff that are professional, caring, and live for dance. The studio is easy to get to from all areas of Houston.

I enjoy the different levels of difficulty offered within the Wednesday evening class and the multiple layers of movement that are taught. It's an exercise for my brain, not just my body. Kimberly is knowledgeable in dance as well as anatomy, and she is good at describing movement in different ways to help the brain make the right connection in the body. It's fun learning traditional movement vocabulary as well as practicing exercises that get me moving outside of the straight body column. The instructors at Dance from the Heart are empowered, graceful, and delightfully goofy, and they certainly pass these traits on to their students.
