Ibraham was great! He communicated with us the day before our appointment letting us know the carpet MUST BE VACUUMED beforehand. Arrived on time, did a walk through with us and pointed out which spots might not come out which was helpful in setting our expectations. He posted caution signs before started and made us very aware of the slip hazard. We booked local and got local hospitality. (Results in pictures) Wish I had taken some before pictures because our carpets were in desperate need of some professional help. Thanks so much.

Absolutely hands down the best carpet repair company in Houston. Really kind people and absolutely blessed I found D-Max. They repaired a tear in the carpet for a commercial business and it came out perfect! Highly recommended Ibrahim and will refer anyone who needs carpet repair/cleaning to D-Max
