This was my first visit. I took my 3 year old fur baby to get an annual. The staff was great starting with the front desk clerk. It then continued to the staff in the back. They had to draw blood and trim her nails. They were super gentle. The doctor then came in with a very pleasant greeting and also handled my baby with care. She felt so safe with them and not squirmy at all. To my surprise she didn’t even bark at them. I would definite take her back and this most likely will be her doctor moving forward. If you decided to bring your fur baby here you will not be disappointed.

My cat was having some problems. She is half feral and a rescue kitty. They were very sweet and gentle with her. The Dr looked her over and found what was wrong. The attendant was wonderful. She was treated without her getting upset and seemed very calm. I was amazed that she was so calm. They did a great job!

Been going to Cypress Square since Dr Russell opened the practice. The new management is doing a great job and they now schedule appointments. Not a low cost clinic, but I believe their prices are very reasonable. Kimberly at the front Desk is awesome too!
