    I have been a patient of Dr. Hoang for several years. She and her staff are top notch with knowledge , professionalism , and courtesy .

    Dr. Tracy was great. I'm a new patient. I was recommended by a coworker, and I wasn't disappointed. She does break your appointment up. For example, she doesn't do a well woman exan and physical on the same visit. They are scheduled differently. She did answer all my questions and concerns and gave really good feedback and suggestions. I do recommend.

    I called the office of Cypress Houston Family Practice today about 10 am this morning. I'd identified myself and expressed my intent to have Dr. Hoang as our new Primary Care Provider for me and my wife. I was asked if they could call me back at a later time, which the office did call me back, approximately 20 minutes later.I was greeted on the phone by a receptionist or whoever was calling, where I explained my intent and was asked for some basic information. I'd provided the requested information but had to repeat myself even as I had always made it a point to speak slowly whenever I provided the information over the phone.The dissatisfaction came as I asked about forms that needed to be filled out as required by all new patients. I intended to fill out all the required forms for my wife as her command of the English language was limited.It was hard to ask the questions as the person on the phone continued to speak without pause and rudely interrupted before I had finished my questions. I found myself repeating my questions several times. It was obvious to me that this person was in a hurry and was rushing me to get off the phone. She had indicated that the forms needed were online. I'd assumed that the required forms were online on the Cypress Family Practice Website. As I tried to get on the website, her impatience was noticeable. I tried to ask her where on the website the needed forms located, but I was told that I needed to locate the forms package myself as she did not have the time and could not stay on the phone to walk me to where the forms were located. It would have been fine if I was informed that she is not familiar with the clinic website, that she does not know, or can call me back later for the requested help. What I got was a very rude person who does not seem to have any experience with the art of customer service.I'd looked on the website and under New Patient Forms, and located 7 different forms to download. I am assuming that this is the package that she was referring to.Needless to say, I was very disappointed at my first impression of the Cypress Family Practice based on my initial experience with this Cypress Houston Family Practice staff. I am hoping that Dr. Hoang will be much better than this person that I had the displeasure of talking to and hoping that this is not indicative of what I can expect from the Cypress family practice office in the future.

    They refuse to answer the phone.I had to drive up to be heard and seen.Office wasn't busy, saw no one in the waiting room. front desk receptionist just letting the phone ring and sending calls to voice mail. Just ridiculous. Save your time and money go somewhere else.Brought it up and they had an excuse for everything. When yoyr sitting there laughing and joking around it gives the perception that you doing just that.... laughing and joking around. Clients/Patients are trying to call you. You expect us to respect your time and charge when people are late, yet look at how you treat loyal patients/ new patients when they are calling.Beyond rude and disrespectful.

    Love Dr. Hoang. So happy she is my primary care physician. Everything I have ever needed or requested she completes immediately. She truly cares and so nice and welcoming.

    Go to a doctor that cares. Dr. Hoang spends less than 10 minutes during my appointments and only checks my body when I tell her something is wrong. During one appointment there were ROACHES crawling around in the waiting room. I also have issues with this doctor not wanting to fill my allergy prescriptions. She literally gave me a prescription with 3 refills, I used one but had to switch pharmacies. When I called to just tell them to send the prescription over to the new pharmacy the front desk lady said Dr. Hoang probably wouldn’t for a seasonal reason. I messaged Dr. Hoang and she was nonchalant about it and said the lady didn’t know what the prescriptions were for. Well maybe she shouldn’t be telling people things if she doesn’t know what she’s talking about. Also, the same lady is rude. She never wants to answer the phone. I usually have to call 3-5 times!!! Ill going to a new doctor, no idea why I stuck around so long after seeing the roaches. Two stars for the convenience of the blood lab and the lady who takes the blood.

    I just love Dr Tracy and everyone in the office. Vanessa n Dr Tracy Nurse are the most caring. Love the care to details to my visits. Thank you for everything all these years.
