Clean and very good care, all my pets are cared for there.

The front desk staff were so kind and the doctor was very knowledgeable. the nurse was very smelly though.

I finally found a great vet hospital. I e been to many around here and always felt fleeced when leaving. Not here. Thank you guys for setting up in Houston.?

I had a terrible experience during my last visit for my dog’s annual check up. This was my second visit and I had the misfortune of getting Dr. Devaney. I can honestly say she contributed nothing to the visit other than creating unnecessary stress. She did not introduce herself when she came into the room, just went immediately into talking to me in such a demeaning and disrespectful manner. She was treating me like I was child in trouble. I have never been treated like this by a vet. My dog had gained 9lbs since the last vet visit due to his diet and I feel like her poor attempt at trying to educate me was ineffective due to it being lost by how she treated me. If she truly wanted to educate me about her concerns, she would’ve talked to me in a different manner instead of ranting at me. It almost felt like I was being quizzed and if I answered in a way she didn’t like, she got off on belittling me in telling me why I was wrong. I snapped at her and asked her why she was attacking me and acting like I was a terrible owner that abused their pet and her tone changed immediately so I know she could be kind if she tried. It also made me think that if she talked to me in this way and I’m a paying customer then she probably talks like this or worse to the rest of the staff. She truly made it feel like I paid $200+ to get bullied.
The three stars are for the vet tech and the other staff during my visit. They made up for the horrible experience I had with that doctor by being kind and caring. I did have a manager contact me after the visit to hear what happened from me which I did appreciate. It feels as though this was a one off experience with one terrible doctor but I wanted to make this review to make others cautious of that particular doctor and to stand up for yourself if she tries to bully you.

We had a positive experience with the Cy-Fair Animal Hospital vet visit!The registration and check-in were effortless. It's always reassuring when the staff and vet team are attentive and caring. Our pet doing great!
