As Patricia, another customer from 10 months ago said, the woman owner can be very rude or disrespectful. They do try to help when they can. Unfortunately, her tone can be impolite, indignant, and ungrateful. They do have some good selections and prices. The door is often or always locked during business hours. And no one is available, answers the door or phone sometimes during work hours. Those aspects can be very frustrating to customers. The business needs to improve it's reliability, customer service sensitivity, and presentation of employees. It has potential, so not a one star. Very nice owners! They got me in and out fast. Kid friendly environment and good variety of glasses. Also, got my glasses done super quick. I would recommend!! Support small businesses ?
