I booked an appointment with Ashley after seeing her work via Instagram video and pictures. Initially I messaged her without a response so I contacted the receptionist to book an appointment and advised her of exactly what I wanted and even included a picture to ensure I was booking the correct service and being provided accurate pricing. The morning of my appointment she did send correspondence stating she was running late and the appointment would be pushed back 45 minutes. When I arrived I had to wait additional time for her assistant and also was advised the receptionist booked the wrong service so I would need to pay an additional charge to receive my desired look....read full review
