She was honest, gave me the lowest price from the start compared to other places & wasn't mad or ugly when I decided to just utilize my insurance to replace the phone all together. My Apple phone screen broke and everything went black. I thought that was it for my phone but CPR fixed my screen and fixed my phone. The attendant was super attentive and explained a few things to me about my phone. <3
