I just want to say how amazed I am with the consultation/quote service we received from Courtesy Air today. We received a quote from another company that we felt was ridiculous, as well as the pressure on us to spend unnecessary money. We reached out to Courtesy for a second opinion. Brad assisted us and was so honest and helpful. He definitely saved us a significant amount of money and a possible headache in the future. He was real in explaining what was necessary compared to the extras. He didn't make me feel pressured to make an immeidate decision on an already expensive home update. Mike was fantastic. He quickly identified the problem and was able to come back the next day to resolve it at a reasonable price. I'll use them again next time something pops up.
Second time I call these guys and they come in short notice and fixed the issue.
I recommend them 100%. This is the second time I called them (the first time late and this time on a Sunday) and they came to the house quickly and fixed the problem with the AC.
