After the long wait for the Covid time,2 years for me I decided to go back to this location which I had been before so the next available stylist was Ilma and told her that this would be the first time in all the years past I was ready for a good haircut.Long story short I have been going back for almost a year now and she and the rest of the staff are great ?....Thanks Ilma.

Went to Cost Cutter W Sam Houston on suggestion of a friend. I wanted to stop covering my gray hair. Ziba suggested highlights to blend my gray hair to avoid a line of demarcation. Sooo happy I did this. My hair is fuller and softer. No more dyes.

Nancy is spectacular and has been for years. She’s been cutting my whole family’s hair for years. A definite asset to this salon.
