Great services but good luck getting a hold of anyone over the phone. Having trouble with my prescription being filled because you can only leave a voicemail and no one calls you back.
purchased the Groupon and it took forever to get a hold of someone to make an appointment. The online appointment calendar does not work, I was told by the person that finally called back after a week.She wanted to schedule the appointment the same day , a televisit since I was going to be at work but I needed to know my bp and my weight. I definitely didn't have access to get those. She put me on hold for the longest to confirm the appointment, the call drops and couldn't get ahold of anyone after until hours later when they decided to call back. I decided not to go to this place, very disorganized.
I am not one to go to a doctor ever, especially for something like weight but I was at my wits end with endless "fad" diets over the past 2 years and I needed something to kick start me. I'm glad I contacted Core Hydration & Wellness. I went in for their B12 shots and weight loss program. I'm a month in and have lost 11 pounds. Tracey was so helpful and encouraging. One thing I realized going here is the diet program is more realistic than anything I've done in the past. Counting calories just seems to make sense for me.
