Took my Acer predator series helios 300 in for an extremely overdue cleaning and issues with screen flickering, mic and camera, as well as speakers. Eead (or Ed) made the experience very personable and gave me all the information i need to make educated decisions that prioritize my needs and effectively mapped out the issue in a couple minutes after talking to me and looking at the symptoms (he was correct!). All issues were resolved except for the speaker, but only because they could not find the part to order. I did have to inform them that i did not wish to replace my screen, since from what i gathered it was not necessary, and it turns out that was the right call...read full review
Cooper and Timm were literally the most awesome dudes I’ve met in a while. I went to Best Buy to work with them and they were upselling me and giving me the worst experience telling me that my battery was dead. This team was able to run a diagnostic that proved to me that my battery was basically new and that the only thing I needed to do with some hardware stuff. They turned my entire day around.
Computer Hospital was professional and resolved my computer’s issue with a 30-day warranty. They also called to check on its status. I am confident that they were the best choice in the Houston area.
