I can always count on Jamie and staff to provide an honest assessment for repairs and technical assistance. They are fairly priced, prompt, and have never disappointed in the many years that we've used their services. I would not take our business anywhere else.

Computer Hospital is the absolute best place to go with computer issues. I first brought my pc to Microcenter and it was a horrible experience- 4 days of no contact, no help moving the computer, no problems solved, no answers, and I was told that it was "probably" a GPU issue (it wasn't). I went to Computer Hospital and was helped out by Ben. He helped me bring the computer into the store and immediately began asking me questions and taking notes. My computer was there for 72 hours and I was communicated with daily. My issues turned out to be a bad Windows install and they got another smaller issue fixed as well.
