Went in today and my preparer (I believe Lisette) was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and got me in and out of there in a timely fashion. Not rushed, just very efficient at her job. Will update after I receive my return but, so far I'm pleased with the service I received. Definitely will be referring my friends and family !
I just got my advance, filed yesterday. Didn't get what I usually get but my family size did decreased. Either way a blessing isa blessing and the do me right every year with or without the refund advance. Thank me later.
