I really enjoy this studio and have had positive experiences with other instructors, which is why I was so disappointed with my experience today with Angelica R.
She was extremely rude to me and spoke to me in a way that felt disrespectful and embarrassing. Instead of helping me improve my form with constructive guidance, I felt singled out and criticized. I come to Pilates to learn and improve in a supportive environment, and unfortunately that was not my experience in this class.
I will continue attending the studio because I enjoy it overall, but I hope management addresses how clients are spoken to so that everyone feels welcomed... read full review

Robin, Christian, Lizzy, Brittany and Arva are the best. Over 50 classes and I’ve seen improvement in my form from when I started. My back pain has also been reduced significantly from when I started. I always feel better after my Pilates classes

Loved my experience at this location. I was new to Pilates but all of the instructors were alway knowledgeable and very helpful. I would definitely continue my classes if I was not relocating. The GM was always super courteous and helpful as well.
