Took the intro class with Meoka. She was so helpful and nice especially with it being my first time at club studios. I loved how she explained every step and its purpose and even corrected my form.

I absolutely love Heights Club Pilates! The staff is incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and supportive, making every class a great experience. I've finally found a form of exercise that I genuinely enjoy and actually look forward to.

Meoka is a top notch instruction! I love the way she cues us into the movements and they really help to visualize what the move should feel like as well as where our body should be in space! I’m always challenged when I take a class with Meoka and I always learn something new about my body as well! ???? Book her, if you can! Her classes are full for a reason! ????
