Meoka is a top notch instruction! I love the way she cues us into the movements and they really help to visualize what the move should feel like as well as where our body should be in space! I’m always challenged when I take a class with Meoka and I always learn something new about my body as well! 🙌🏾💪🏾 Book her, if you can! Her classes are full for a reason! 🙌🏾🫶🏾
I live 5 minutes away from another similar Pilates studio but I choose to drive a few more minutes to the Heights Club Pilates location. The instructors are so helpful and the atmosphere is very welcoming. For a newbie like me enrolling has been the best choice for my self-care and overall health.
I love my Club Pilates classes. I look forward to going every week. I feel really good after each class. It’s the perfect intensity. I really enjoy all of the instructors because they are different in how they teach and what they focus on. I get a lot from each of them. But one of my favorites is Dereka because I’m always sore the next day (I love it) and I really enjoy her ab workouts. The other is Melanie. One of her classes relaxes me for a good night sleep. I would recommend giving them a try. You’ll love them too!
