Cloud9 Nails Bar

Cloud9 Nails Bar, located in Houston, TX 77068, aims to provide a relaxing and satisfying nail care experience for all customers. The salon's goal is to enhance their clients' wellbeing, leaving them feeling rejuvenated and content. Visitors often comment on the friendly and professional service, with many praising technicians like Tony, Chau, and Kevin for their skill and attentiveness. The salon offers a variety of complimentary alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and snacks, adding to the pleasant atmosphere, which helps clients relax—some even falling asleep during pedicures. Clients appreciate getting exactly what they ask for, such as their signature oval shape with a classic French design, with no problems. The shiny finish of the polish is also a positive aspect.

While the environment is welcoming and the wide range of colors and drinks are appreciated, recent reviews indicate some concerns about the consistency of service. Customers have noted that the service is very professional, clean, and Covid-ready, with Tony frequently praised as the best tech. However, there have been reports of gel manicures and pedicures peeling after only a few days, and some clients have experienced rudeness or unhelpful responses from management when raising issues. To maintain customer trust and satisfaction, the management may need to focus on improving customer service and the quality of their gel services. Overall, many customers see Cloud9 Nails Bar as a potential new nail home or a place they have visited for years.
