Dang, not me waiting on the phone for too long waiting for Clearstone to answer and reading these negative comments. Seems like my regular person is gone, management has changed too? Can’t even answer the phone?

I’ve had a pretty disappointing experience at this location, mainly due to the customer service at the front desk. The staff were not friendly or welcoming, and it consistently felt like an inconvenience just to check in.

During my first visit, I checked in and waited about 15 minutes while multiple people who arrived after me were taken back before I was. I initially brushed it off as a one-time issue thinking it’s possible their appointment was before mine, but it wasn’t until a tech noticed that I was still waiting around and finally called me back. Unfortunately the front desk experience was about the same every time I returned.

I had previously been going to the League City location and never had any issues there—the staff was always professional and welcoming. I only started coming to this location because it was closer after I moved, but the difference in service has been very noticeable.

On a positive note, I don’t have any complaints about the actual treatment. I’ve been getting laser hair removal on my underarms, and I was happy with the results I was seeing. However, the lack of basic customer service has been enough to turn me away.

Because of this, I decided not to purchase another package and will be looking for a different facility moving forward.

This is not a spa I would recommend for someone new to cosmetic skin procedures. First-time clients need clear guidance and structured aftercare support, and that was missing in my experience.

I have been a client of Clearstone Laser Medical Spa for many years and previously had very positive experiences, including laser treatments and IV peels at the Holcombe location. Because of those experiences, I referred several people to this business.

Recently I scheduled microneedling, but the process was frustrating. Two appointments were cancelled—one because the technician did not show up to work and another because the technician had quit. Since my schedule is very tight, rescheduling repeatedly was difficult. I asked for a same-day appointment at another location so I could finally have the procedure done.

The environment there felt very different from what I remembered. The atmosphere felt more transactional than spa-like. The staff seemed rushed and somewhat disconnected. I also noticed cleanliness issues in the restroom, including a dirty floor and a toilet that clearly had not been properly cleaned, which is concerning for a medical spa.

The technician who performed my treatment was polite and professional during the procedure itself, and I do want to acknowledge that. However, the overall organization and communication were lacking.

Before the treatment, a nurse conducted a brief remote consultation. However, the conversation felt focused mainly on reviewing liability questions rather than helping a first-time client understand the procedure or the aftercare process.

Since this was my first microneedling treatment, I specifically asked my technician if I would receive written aftercare instructions. I was told they would be sent by text. A link was sent, but it only led to the intake forms page and the aftercare instructions were not accessible.

Because of that, I had to call multiple times the same day and again the following day, even contacting two different locations, just to obtain basic guidance on how to care for my skin after the treatment.

For a procedure like microneedling, proper aftercare is essential for good results. Clients should not have to repeatedly call the clinic to obtain clear instructions.

Because of my previous positive experiences, this was disappointing. I might still return now that I better understand the process, but I would hesitate to recommend this clinic to someone new to these procedures. First-time clients especially need clear guidance so they can properly care for their skin and achieve the results they expect.

I hope management reviews the client experience across locations, as the quality and communication now seem inconsistent with the standards this business once had.

Excellent service! I used them before and was happy with the results, so now I'm back again.

Bring back the separate packages! (Underarm/Brazillian OR lower leg)

I was under the impression that the last service I had done they kindly separated the package for me (meaning I was able to get just my legs and underarms done) only to find out that my Brazilian service was ALSO USED, essentially forfeiting it. Very disappointing and money down the drain.

I am going back to this place only because of Leticia even though the new owner jacked up the prices. They need more technicians like Leticia who does her job extraordinarily. Well done !!

I’ve been a Clearstone customer since 2016, nearly 10 years, and for the last two years or so of that time my services were provided at a discounted rate apparently due to the number of treatments I’ve received. During my recent visit for a routine appointment, I was suddenly told I was no longer eligible for the discount because my account “had not been charged full price enough times,” which made absolutely no sense and was never explained clearly.

When I asked Leticia if I could speak with someone else, she told me they would say the exact same thing and that I could pay the full amount. I normally went to the Holcombe location but became dissatisfied with the inconsistency of my results there and decided to try the Galleria location. Unfortunately, the experience confirmed what many recent reviews suggest — this business has changed.

I’ve already noticed I have to come in more frequently because my results don’t last as long as they used to, so being told I now have to pay full price with no reasonable explanation was extremely frustrating. I was given an email to contact management and have yet to receive any response.

After years of loyalty, I’m beyond disappointed with both the service and the customer care.
