ZERO STARS! After reading the recent reviews, I know I wasn't crazy when I noticed the stark change from my previous visits. First, they didnt believe me when I said I had been there before. The girl at the desk felt the need to go get someone else to help me who I believe is the manager Susan. She is the most disgusting, unprofessional person I've ever come across. In the treatment room, every comment I made was met with passive aggressiveness. She didnt clean my skin prior to lasering. Didnt offer any numbing cream. Didnt wipe the marker off my face. Didnt apply sunscreen. She is straight up incompetent and rude. I NEVER had an issue with the last crew, but now I will not be stepping foot back in there and STRONGLY suggest you dont either.

Went for laser - and was so fortunate I was assigned Sandra. She takes the time to really listen to your concerns/goals and creates an awesome plan to target difficult to treat areas. She’s also super detail oriented and focused while doing laser marking each spot before she gets to it as well as after. And she goes above and beyond teaching you about the different lasers they offer and the scenario each one is used in

Will definitely be back for more sessions with her (bought a package haha)

I’ve been going here for about ten years now and have always had a great experience. Susan did my last treatment and was very thorough and made sure that she was using the right level of intensity of laser for each area and was meticulous in checking that she got every spot. The pricing is competitive in comparison with other laser hair removal places.

I am writing this review to recognize the excellent work Jessica did during my laser treatment. She was highly professional and took the time to explain the procedure in detail, which made me feel comfortable and well-informed throughout the process. I have only positive things to say about my experience with her—she is truly an asset to the company.

Been visiting this location for the past year, and the service has been extremely consistent. I started laser for my face and now I have even more procedures planned out. I highly recommend booking Susan for your sessions - she's extremely friendly, makes you feel extra comfortable and overall, a breeze to work with, plus it didn't hurt one bit!!!

I can’t say enough great things about Clearstone Laser Hair Removal & Med Spa. My technician, Jessica, has been absolutely amazing. She is incredibly kind, thorough, and professional. As a pretty bashful guy, getting sensitive areas treated can feel a bit awkward, but Jessica has a way of making you feel completely comfortable and at ease. Her personality and professionalism really helped me to relax, which makes a huge difference.

I’ve had 4 treatments with her so far, and every visit feels like I’m catching up with a good friend I’ve known for years. She’s so easy to talk to, and the conversations make the time fly by. Honestly, I almost hate to leave when the session is over—but it just gives me something to look forward to with my remaining treatments.

Clearstone as a whole is, by far, the best Med Spa I’ve ever been to. The environment is welcoming, the staff is professional, and the quality of care is outstanding. Having Jessica as my technician truly brings the whole experience together.

I don’t have much hair left to treat at this point, but I will absolutely be coming back to Clearstone for additional services. They’ve earned a lifelong customer. Highly recommend!!!
