Price reasonable. Rating is due to the fact that they returned my only white shirt with blue and yellow stains stripped around the whole shirt and when I questioned it, lady acted like it was normal and had no idea about the stains. Nothing was done of corse so I left disappointed. Customer service down hill.

Only used these guys a handful of times and typically have pretty good service. However, I just stood in the lobby for 10 minutes and nobody was in the store? Not sure if anybody is on the clock but the doors are wide open? I’ll have to try another cleaners.

The staff here is AMAZING, let me just say. They take the time to engage you, they remember you from past visits, they are always competent and kind. CLEANERS AT THE BALLPARK, GIVE YOUR STAFF CONSISTENT RAISES. That said, the one star off is for the fact that due to them having to outsource, their turnaround is a bit slow. And their prices are very high. I know there aren't a lot of good dry cleaners in this area, but when I have to turn in 10 dresses for work twice a month and pay almost $70, that well beyond breaks my budget. Especially when I can't always guarantee that my work clothes will be back within the timeframe I need.

I wouldn't go back here for the simple fact that I was quoted one price, and was forced to pay twice my quote without prior notification. I would have appreciated a call letting me know my items were going to cost more BEFORE performing the service not after. If the business made an error with quoting the business should handle that not the customer. So, no, I don't recommend and I'm not a hard person to please. That says alot. However, I will say they did a decent job with my garments but definitely not worth the "premium" charge.
