They kept in touch with me via text, which was incredibly convenient and made the whole process feel seamless. My dress was ready in about two weeks, and I really appreciated that they shared photos of it after cleaning and before boxing it up. While the service is a bit on the expensive side, it’s absolutely worth it if you’re looking to preserve your wedding dress long-term. I’m so happy with the results and highly recommend them!

We have been customers of Cindy's for many years. Throughout that time, Juan has worked the front in/out counter ... very efficiently. On most occasions he recognizes my vehicle when I pull up and typically has my completed order waiting for my payment. He then insists on taking it to my car, unless it consists of one or two items.
He has a great attitude, an engaging personality and brightens the day of his customers. When the business changed ownership we considered moving our business to another company with a location more convenient to our home, but when we learned that Juan would remain with the new owner, we made the easy choice to remain... read full review

I’m working here in Houston, I decided to give Brite Touch Cleaners( Cindy’s Cleaners a try. They did an excellent job on 3 pairs of pants. I recommend this cleaners if you are in the area. Great communication!
