I've been so happy about finding Dr. Jacqueline Le-Guevara. After years of going from one doctor to another not believing my symptoms, dismissing me and implying it was all in my mind, Dr. Le-Guevara took the time to listen to me, refer me to specialists and run tests to figure out what's happening to me.
The staff also is always so nice, prompt and professional.
I have been going there for awhile they are very good all around....but those folks that draw blood need better training (outside sources)
Update: Don't Know whats happening with Front desk staff it has gone from a 10 to 1. I have called their for help four different times for referral being sent to Memorial general surgery doctor's office, prescriptions to be left at front desk and a call back from Doctor Trong since the 4th. Still hasn't happened ? I had to go up their to get the prescription printed out which they said they had no notes of my calling no notes of any call...Said they would have Doctor call me still haven't heard... read full review
I had a first time appointment with Dr Le-Guevara but she was unavailable and I was seen by Dr Truong. I searched for a new internist since mine just retired. After extensive research, I chose Dr LeGuevara and Truong. The office was immaculate and Dr Truong and staff offered exceptional service. I highly recommend them.
