I decided on the spur of the moment to get a cut on the 16th before a flight out the next day. This time I called in to schedule my appointment. I normally schedule via the app. Anyway, the phone was answered within 2 rings, and it took maybe not even 5 minutes to get in my barber of choice schedule.
