Yesterday was my first time at this vet. I moved back to Texas from Florida with a pug that has diabetes. You can imagine the costs and complications that come with diabetes. The staff was so very warm and welcoming and even took the time to get her files transferred to this clinic when her other vet in Florida gave me the run around! As much time as this took they still did not rob me of any precious time making sure to explain everything to me and answering every question! They were very upfront with treatments, recommendations…and very transparent about costs and working with me to make sure my pugs every need was taken care of.
