Called Dean at 9:15 pm, was on the phone for a couple minutes, he said he would be right over. Less than 15 minutes later he was in front of my house. His thoughts conveyed on the phone of the problem turned out to be accurate. 15 minutes later my unit was running and cooling down the house.
Dean then proceeded to crawl into my attic to inspect and look for any other issues, which there were none. Very patient, polite and knowledgeable. Took the time to explain things, and overall very professional!

After trying unsuccessfully trying to find an after hours A/C repair person on a steamy August evening, I found Dean. He came out at 11:30 pm to fix what turned out to be a clogged drain and saved us from the current heat wave. He was friendly, professional, and up front about what was going on instead of leaving us guessing. I can't praise him enough for his work, and I would gladly use his services again.
Two years ago we had the pleasure of meeting Mr Dean. Mr Dean is by all counts a professional in the Air Conditioning industry. He will explain every detail on what's going with the entire system. When we realized the coils needed to be replaced, Mr Dean found the part and replaced the next day. Not only were coils replaced, he had to trouble shoot the mother board installed by another A/C Family that couldn't diagnosed the issue. If possible, TRUST ME when i tell you, when you have with your air conditioner and looking for for someone you can TRUST in being honest with the work, the diagnosis, and pricing you need to contact Mr Dean/Celsius A/C & Heating. Unfortunately, cost of equipment hurts us all. At least you will know Mr Dean did what he could with the existing equipment.
