I got something completely different than what I asked for. My nail tech didn't listen and just changed things as she went. I've gotten this type of nails done a lot and the tech was not doing anything like what all the other techs were doing i don't know if she didn't know how to do dip or something. they came out bulky and as soon as i left, my nails started showing white spots and felt weird

I have been going here since I moved near the shop in 2020. The service was great and it was a very relaxing and slice of luxury treatment. They would offer wine and just treated you like they valued your business I have never spent under $150 here which is fine because the service and quality was great. However, the last two visits my manicures left me with injuries due to the nail tech going to fast. The customer service has gotten progressively worse while the prices have increased. I just paid $20 for eyebrows! I really wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt but will have to find another place in the neighborhood. This place use to be really nice but there’s no more good customer service. All they want to do is dip everyone’s nails in the same dip powder. No nail techniques and unsanitary. They reuse the same tools. No license present, so I’m not sure if they’re certified or not but I’m very disappointed in the service. I don’t think I’ll be going back.Services: Pedicures
