My truck radio stopped working, after reading reviews I decided to stop by Car Audio Zone, just to check them out. I was greeted by Juan, he had a smile and asked how he could help. I explained my problem, he stop what he was working on just to check out my radio. He explained he would need to take the radio out to check, he then asked me to wait in their waiting area. Within a short period of time he make back in a to tell me he had it fixed, he found the problem. I was happy, it's hard to ride around Houston without a radio. These guys did great! Shawn the owner was communicative and on top of it from day 1. We had a BMW z4 (2003 vintage) that needed a radio overhaul to replace the factory radio (no Bluetooth, no USB, etc). They swapped it, replaced the speakers, we upgraded for a tiny job and sound dampening (it's a convertible)...wife loves it! The prices were right, and install on time. We can't recommend them enough.

Called during a weekday to ask about what speakers they had available to demo. The owner, Shawn, answered and was extremely friendly and extended an invite to come listen to his Focal display whenever I’d like. Took him up on the offer and arrived with my two daughters about an hour later.Shawn gave me a great demo of his Focal display and answered all of the questions that I could drum up. He was extremely interactive with my daughters and understanding of the untimely potty breaks. I think I ended up just having a personal conversation more than we talked about car audio.
