My experience with Capital Fire Protection LLC was unfortunately frustrating. The biggest issue was the difficulty in reaching a live representative. After multiple attempts to get assistance, it was nearly impossible to speak with someone directly.
When I finally did reach someone, the interaction with Michelle was disappointing. Her tone came across as condescending and unhelpful, especially when I called to confirm that a $1,500 payment had been processed before I locked my bank card again to prevent any potential unauthorized charges. Instead of receiving clear and courteous assistance, the response felt dismissive.

I haven't even used this service but I can say their driver in a company vehicole cut me off and I had to swerve to keep from hitting them. Almost caused an accident. License plate ending 5403.

I call to get my fire extinguisher inspect, don’t let the lady transfer you, call the guy directly, cuz he rarely pick up if transferred. But he inspects it for free, not Mainternaint they don’t do that(could have let me know that). Glad didn’t spent 105$ with Cintos Fire Protection for the same thing.
