Buffaloe installed our wood floors 13 years ago and it is still beautiful. Recently discovered termite damage to the floor in one room. Larry was able to get the same material that we originally used and it matched perfectly. The crew came out and removed the old damaged portion and did a wonderful job replacing it. Some of the cuts they had to do were quite intricate but they had no problem with it. It now looks good as new. I highly recommend Buffaloe and will continue the call on them in the future.

Sold & installed product from a vendor who went out of business. Now there's a problem with buckling and Buffaloe won't stand behind their product or workmanship. Strung us along for 5 months. Very poor communications; we always had to initiate followup. We're done.
UPDATE 1 - Owner reached out within 24 hours. They do care. We're working on an amicable solution. Probably the 'reach-out' wouldn't have happened with a big-box store. This is where a family-run business tends to shine. Things seem back on track. Hoping to post an even better update soon.
