Sold & installed product from a vendor who went out of business. Now there's a problem with buckling and Buffaloe won't stand behind their product or workmanship. Strung us along for 5 months. Very poor communications; we always had to initiate followup. We're done.
UPDATE 1 - Owner reached out within 24 hours. They do care. We're working on an amicable solution. Probably the 'reach-out' wouldn't have happened with a big-box store. This is where a family-run business tends to shine. Things seem back on track. Hoping to post an even better update soon.

Came and examined floors during our final walk through at a home we were purchasing. Provided quotes and documentation we used for concessions and were great to work with after closing. They helped us decide between replacing the existing flooring with hardwood or carpet, then worked with us as we decided between all the many choices. Communication was easy in person, via email, and even via text. Status and updates were consistently given and install crew did a great job. I do wish they could have trimmed the doors after the carpet install, but luckily, we had contractors available to do that for us.
