First and foremost, communication is so important but sometimes no matter how good you might think you communicate Everyone is Human and what I will say is, EVERYONE here is so patient , honest and understanding. Beyond what they have to be , they go out of their way to make sure you get what you want. I didn’t feel any pressure or ill intent when I was trying to communicate exactly what I wanted . They Took time to understand and listen to to me. You will definitely want to come back no doubt about it . After a 2nd visit here i guarantee you will feel right at home if you don’t the 1st time ? Im sure they were tired of hearing me say “ Thank you “ ! ☺️

Been here a few times the last couple years with my wife…. Not sure if they’ve gotten new management or what…. Every time they were less joyful…. Today they were flat out rude

I am super happy, it was my first time with braids, they treated me very kindly, and their quality of work speaks for itself, thanks to these beautiful women for their dedication!! They made my first experience wonderful!
