Brokers Grass is fantastic. They are friendly and helpful. The sod was green and healthy. It has already settled and is growing well in my yard. You need to measure the areas you plan to sod and write them down. When you arrive, the nice lady at the window will do the math and let you know how many strips you need for your job. You can also take pictures, and they will estimate pretty good from that. Measurements are better, though. Employees will drop your sod in or on your truck or trailer, and they will load it by hand if the forklift won't fit. They give discounts if you need a half or while pallet. I had a good experience here.

Updating review: they acknowledged the initial install issue and had someone different come fix it. The new grass is starting to take and fill in and looks much better.
